The Finance & Risk Committee is tasked with overseeing Dive & Thrive's financial health and risk management strategies. This committee reviews and approves budgets, monitors financial performance, and ensures compliance with financial regulations. They also assess and mitigate potential risks to the organization, including operational, reputational, and legal risks. The committee works to maintain a balance between sustainable growth and fiscal responsibility, ensuring that Dive & Thrive has the resources necessary to fulfill its mission while remaining financially stable.

Governance & Nominations Committee
