Private & Semi-Private Lessons at Dive & Thrive

At Dive & Thrive, our private and semi-private lessons provide personalized instruction for swimmers aged 5 and older, helping participants build skills and confidence at their own pace.

Private Lessons (One-on-One Instruction)

Perfect for swimmers of any age or skill level who prefer personalized instruction. With a 1:1 instructor-to-student ratio, these lessons allow for a customized approach to learning, focusing on the swimmer’s specific needs, goals, and pace.

Semi-Private Lessons (Small Group Instruction)

Ideal for siblings, friends, or small groups who want to learn together. These lessons have 2–4 participants per instructor, allowing for individual attention while also promoting group learning and social interaction.

Mobile Private Lessons (One-on-One at Your Pool)

Enjoy the convenience of learning to swim in the comfort of your own pool. With a 1:1 instructor-to-student ratio, our skilled instructors travel to your location and provide customized instruction in a familiar setting.

Mobile Semi-Private Lessons (Small Group at Your Pool)

Designed for 2–4 swimmers, these lessons bring expert instruction to your home or community pool. Great for families or friends looking to improve their skills together, while benefiting from personalized coaching in a comfortable, familiar environment.

1. Submit an Interest Form
   A parent or guardian (if applicable) fills out the Private Lessons Interest Form, providing details about the participant's age, swimming goals, and availability.
    
2. Create a Membership Account
   All participants must have an active Dive & Thrive membership account before enrolling in private swim lessons. Instructions for creating an account will be provided after submitting the Interest Form.
    
3. Instructor Matching (7 Business Days)
   A Dive & Thrive employee will review the form and work to match the participant with an instructor based on preferences, goals, and schedules. Please allow up to 7 business days for this process.
    
4. Instructor Confirmation
   Once a match is made, the assigned instructor will reach out directly to confirm lesson dates and times.
    
5. Finalize the Schedule
   After confirming the schedule with the instructor, Dive & Thrive will send a confirmation email with all the details.
    
6. Payment is Due
   Caregivers/and or participants over 18, will receive private swim lesson passes on their account; before the swim lesson they must be paid for in full.
    
7. Complete Payment
   Payment must be completed at least 72 hours before the first private lesson session to secure your spot.
    
8. Processing Timeline
   Please allow 7 business days for Dive & Thrive to respond to all private lesson requests.

All payment for the sessions are due by 11:59PM the 72 hours  prior to the first scheduled session; payment plans are available please reach out to info@diveandthrive.org
