Community Memberships

At Dive & Thrive, membership is the foundation of everything we do—but now, you don’t have to be a member to participate in programming. Non-members are welcome to join our swim lessons, camps, and other offerings at standard pricing. However, members receive discounted rates and exclusive access to our Profit Sharing Model, making membership the most impactful way to engage with Dive & Thrive.

• Non-Members: Can register for programs, services, and activities at standard rates.
• Members: Receive discounted pricing, access to our Profit Sharing Model, and help power our mission and impact.
  
  

Dive & Thrive offers flexible, affordable membership options designed to fit every household:

• Single Member: $65 per Year 
• Family Membership: $150 per Year
  (Covers up to 6 members under one household)
  

Membership isn’t just about access—it’s about being part of something bigger. It fuels the community-first, mission-driven initiatives that set Dive & Thrive apart.

Dive & Thrive operates with a 10% annual profit-sharing plan, where every member of the ecosystem benefits:

• 4% to Members: Active members (with at least 6 months of membership) receive a share of Dive & Thrive’s annual profits.
• 3% to Staff: Team members with 12+ months of service are rewarded for their commitment and impact.
• 2% to Local Charities & Small Businesses: We invest in mission-aligned organizations making a difference in our communities.
• 1% to the Council of Impact & Leadership (CIL): Funds the growth of Dive & Thrive’s long-term social and environmental efforts.
  

 Plus: 2% of all revenue—regardless of membership—is donated to the Ocean Conservatory, supporting global ocean cleanup and marine conservation.

Your membership directly supports Dive & Thrive’s commitment to breaking down financial barriers for others in the community. A portion of all membership fees funds:

• Scholarships for swim lessons and programs for individuals and families who may not afford them.
• Sliding-scale pricing and subsidies for camps, competitive teams, and certification courses to ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate.
• Partnerships with local schools and organizations to identify and sponsor individuals in need, empowering the broader community with life-saving skills and enriching opportunities.
